What is 'Fight Club'?

Fight Club is a membership training experience designed for individuals who expect more from themselves — physically and mentally.

Hosted inside a premier private training facility, this program is intentionally limited in size to preserve coaching quality, focus, and alignment.


There are no drop-ins, no overcrowded classes, and no wasted sessions. Every training day follows a clear, performance-driven structure.


This is not general fitness.


It is disciplined, time-efficient training built for high performers.

The Structure

Fight Club members get access to up to 3 semi-private training sessions per week. 

(No actual fighting required.)


Training Schedule
• Monday 5AM
• Wednesday 5AM
• Saturday 8AM


Fight Club is a coached small-group performance program built around boxing-inspired strength & conditioning, endurance, mindset, and discipline through structured training.


Every session is intentional.
Every workout has purpose.
Every member is expected to show up ready to work.


In addition to in-person training, members receive access to my customized training app featuring:


• Step tracking
• Meal & sleep tracking integration
• 2 body scans per month
• Weekly accountability check-ins
• Customized programming support

The Environment

Training takes place inside a refined, private facility designed for focused performance. The group is intentionally small so coaching remains direct and the culture remains aligned.


You train alongside others who operate at a high level and take their commitments seriously.
